Body Process to be run during class:
An Access Consciousness Body Process is a hands-on method that uses different hand placements on various positions on the body while asking specific energies to run at each spot. Energies that can facilitate a body to change and transform. Each of these dynamic processes can be run as hands-on energy that invites the body to begin to heal and create itself.

I guess I needed to let it blossom Summer of 2021, I met someone that was a real contribution in my life, and when he left me, I made myself so wrong. Then it got me to see where I was never choosing ME in a relationship. And this is what I asked for in 2022... honoring me, it wasn't that clear on the moment, but it was the demand that was coming into my world. In March 2022 (for my birthday) I had a session with John in Mexico. "If you can get anything of that session, what would it be?" At first I couldn't name it, than during the session I could perceive John's kindness time a godzillion energy... and I said (in my head) "THAT"!!! That's the energy I am asking for my body... all the time, not only for a copulation partner. In all area of my life that's what I am demanding NOW, not with force but kindness. And guess what? If I meet a guy that is not that energy, my body says: "don't you event think about it" Gratitude John for your contributions and kindness and orgasmmic cooking
